Every day is a new start. Trying to ose weight... Neigh trying to be healthy is a daily journey. Discontent with just satisfactory results is what keeps you moving forward.

Going in the right direction. Swam a bit and will continue.

I did well this week eating sensibly and swimming. I had to laugh Friday night went out for a few drinks with friends and the next morning woke up with a hangover. But later in the day I realized it was not a hangover. I swam over a mile and I was sore from swimming! So what should I do? Drink more and workout less!?! I KNOW.... workout more.

We are starting swimming again. It is not a start and stop agenda... It is a swim when I can. The pool was closed all last month and it is reopened. The schedule is much better than it was before so I need to make ir happen. Sincerely Onesville. Back on track again.

I bounced around alot this week and gave a break to the heavy duty carb restrictios for two days but now back to induction phase. A bit of a plateau for a week. Bur up for another two week and maybe five bound reduction in weight.
