Checking in, 258 this summer and back up 20 pounds!

Hello. Just found the password to this blogspot

I had a good summer weight wise. I got down to 258 again,  seems to be a weight my body can get to with solid effort but then it goes back upto 270s without much effort. LOL

I swam 107 miles this past year and am proud of that.  Some set backs in early fall got me back to eating whatever I want and allowed my weight to come back up. I felt tremendous at 258 and need to keep working at it.

Just keep swimming! Just keep swimming!
