Try, Try Again!


Here we start again. "IF AT FIRST YOU DON'T SUCCEED, TRY,TRY AGAIN."

Well, it looks like the Easter 2010 date is not going to make it, I would have to lose just over 1 pound a day. Not a healthy idea, at least not for getting this to stay off. I actually had peaked at 277 a couple of weeks ago, but it was really mostly water weight.

I have been back in the pool this past week. I hurt my shoulder last summer raking leaves and it hasn't been right ever since last summer, until now. Let's get back at it.

As far as the Date when I am going to lose this weight... this is now to be determined. Thomas Edison found 1000 ways how NOT to make a light bulb, but when he got it to work it changed the world.

It feels like I have tried a 1000 ways to lose weight and have succeeded marginally, only to put it back on. Maybe I should try to put weight on and then I will succeed but then keep losing the weight! No, that is a defeatist attitude,

I DO NOT CONCEDE TO DEFEAT, I will get up and try again, it is the only way, unless I want to lay down and get to 300 pounds. I do not.
